Extended Maintenance Package
JK Quality offers a complete, yet affordable, extended maintenance package, suitable for all types and sizes of installations.
Off-Site Repair Program
Even the best of systems can break down! Should there ever be any issues with one of our systems, our technicians will go on-site and fix what is required to have your system fully-functioning again. If this procedure is not possible, your equipment will be repaired offsite and tested extensively by our production team before returning it.
Loaner Program for Hardware Repair
While your server is out for repair, JK Quality provides a loaner system with all your current settings in place. We have a set group of DVMS systems dedicated to this program. Once your system has been tested and repaired, we will reinstall and reconfigure it at no extra charge.
